In-office Sound Healing, Breathwork and Vocal Analysis Harmony (VAH) Sessions
Terry is currently offering private in-office Sound Healing, Breathwork and Vocal Analysis Harmony (VAH) sessions either in-office or virtually. Sound healing sessions may use a variety of different methods including vibroacoustic experiences on a Sound Lounge or Sound Table, and something we call Sonic Massage and other types of combination sound healing sessions using Tibetan and crystal bowls, tuning forks and other instruments on or around the body.
Terry is also offering traditional type sound baths and/or breathwork for one or more people performed in person at her office or another approved location to help her clients who may be suffering from a variety of different issues including anxiety, depression, pain or other emotional and/or physical issues. The sound instruments Terry uses (either on their own or combined with breathwork), help to move stuck energy and balance the emotions, bringing the mind and body into a calm, relaxed and balanced state.
Terry also offers sound bath and breathwork experiences for private parties, groups or corporate events and uses a variety of sound tools that may include Tibetan and / or Crystal bowls, a gong, drums, chimes, tuning forks and other instruments as needed to provide a customized and transformative experience.

A Sonic Massage is slightly different and uses Tibetan bowls along with other instruments on and around the body to deliver coherent and balancing frequencies directly to the body, and is a deeply relaxing way to destress both the mind and body.
