Breathwork
WHAT IS BREATHING MEDITATION?
Breathwork is a transformative practice that improves physical and mental well-being through intentional breathing techniques.
From the Pranayama techniques of India to the spiritual rituals of Indigenous Australians and the meditative practices of Buddhism, controlled breathing has been a cornerstone of health and spiritual enlightenment.
This practice engages your body’s natural healing abilities, connecting you with a centuries-old wisdom.
THE BENEFITS OF BREATHWORK
Breathwork offers profound benefits, including:
PHYSICAL WELL-BEING
Improves blood circulation and
regulates body pH levels.
EMOTIONAL HEALING
Speeds emotional healing to help
overcome pain and addiction.
WHAT TO EXPECT
In our integrated sessions, breathwork is combined with sound healing to enhance the therapeutic effects of both practices. You’ll lie on your back and follow a guided breathing pattern set to music. This 3-part circular breathing method involves pulling air primarily into your belly and chest then releasing it smoothly.
Over about 30 minutes, this practice will help you release tension and reconnect with a state of mindfulness and inner peace. No prior experience is needed; simply come with an open mind and a readiness to transform.

WHAT IS GONG HEALING & WHY IS THIS OFFERED TOGETHER?
Gong healing uses sound frequencies to promote deep relaxation and mental coherence. Paired with breathwork, the vibrational energy of the gong deepens the meditative state, enhancing the breath’s ability to heal by clearing mental blocks and emotional tension. This combination supports a profound exploration and release, making it a powerful tool for personal development and inner peace.
