DESCRIPTION:For thousands of years, in all parts of the world, sound has been used to promote healing and create deep states of relaxation and wellbeing.\nThis is a FULL MOON sound bath and an immersion in coherent harmonic vibratory frequencies to help balance and calm the mind, relieve tension and stress from the body, expand self awareness and leave you feeling renewed and rejuvenated. Sound baths are for groups of people and are about 60-75 minutes during which listeners lay comfortably on a mat, blanket or other cushioned surface while they relax and stay present as special sounds create and ignite an inner journey. After a few minutes of flow, meditation and/or breath work, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession.\nCost: $40 Early Bird / $45 Adults / Teens & kids $15 (you can just bring them to the event and pay there).\nDetails: This is a laying down experience ~Make sure to create your most comfortable space . Comfy suggestions: Blanket, pillow, water, crystals, yoga mat , your own eye pillow ~ we do provide some organic eye pillows for the experience on a first come, first server basis. Also, wear comfy clothes so you can relax. The gong vibrations impact the body and its meridians and helps to release blocks, reduce tension and stimulate circulation. The gong changes the feelings that are blocked by cutting the thoughts that sustain and recreate the feelings. The purpose, and our collective goal with this work, is to induce relaxation by calming the nervous system and inviting personal inquiry and self exploration.\nThe sound bath experience is about letting go and allowing the sound take you to a deeper place. Sound is the vessel and it allows you to explore and identify what a meditative state is and how it feels.
